anyway, cny is over already and i had a pretty good cny la... hope everybody else had a great time too!

headed to chinatown at night with him on that day...
just walked around and bought alot of cny goodies =D it's so crowded around the stage area cause got live telecast on tv & countdown...
we saw very pretty fireworks and the damn loud firecrackers... fireworks was just above our heads... super clear and super near =D firecrackers were just in front of us, too loud for my liking
cny day 1 was spent bai-nian-ing but i forgot to take photos la... i loveee the purple dress i wore that day and but i forgot to take photos =p
anyway after visiting relatives, i met up with him around 5pm... we went to suntec to try to kill time but it was rather boring la cause got nothing to do!!! so we just ate subway at shaw and cabbed back to my house... ultimate slackness over at my house - watch tv, eat and sleep =p

he went home around 11 plus and i spent the rest of the night watching hong kong shows on my lappie... haha... sometimes, it feels nice to just sit back and relax with ur loved one, doing nothing in particular =p
cny day 2... went to 1 of our mutual friend's house... bai nian and eat! blah blah blah in the midst of it, some irritating things happened but ah can't be bothered now already... let's just say i really really dislike someone now... 1st person that i DETEST so much!

on cny day 3, my relatives came to my house in the afternoon... then i headed out to town around late evening, i forgot did what there already but we just stayed there for awhile

on sunday cny day 4, went to his house to bai nian =D then went to another of his friend's house to gamble and bai nian haha... we won $100 from mahjong and blackjack there... wootz!
99 roses! he saw this at some flower shop on v day and sent me the photo very pretty! maybe the guy who ordered this bouquet of flowers is planning something BIG for his girl =p
we met at suntec on v day after my school and his work and he got a bouquet of flowers for me as a surprise even though i already told him not to waste money on flowers... but thanks dearie! =)
cam-whored a bit while waiting for 730pm to come =p
he made reservations at shin kushiya at suntec cause we wanted to eat jap food this time round... i chose the type of cuisine and he do the research on the place haha =p i am lazy... anyway he told me shin kushiya is well-known for their skewers so i can't wait to try them!
1 interesting thing that we experienced: he requested for a more private seat when he made the reservation and the restaurant gave us the corner seat cause it's secluded and there's only 1 more table beside the corner seat afterwhich the rest of the tables at that row are separated from these 2 tables by a mini wall... and for the rest of the dinner, the table beside us was not occupied though the rest of the restaurant is full... stunningly private =p

complimentary salad, the dip that comes with it is nice! taste like some braised duck sauce
the ambience in the restaurant was quite nice i like! (he is acting cute la =x)

2 skewers: ton toro and golden mushroom wrapped in bacon, the skewers are all charcoal-grilled and u can literally taste the charcoal in your mouth, i dunno how they do it... =p yummy~
assorted sashimi set - got 4 types! i dunno what are they but i just eat =p
2 skewers: mozarella cheese wrapped in pork and mushroom minced chicken, again charcoal-grilled =p
ultimate dish of the day: wagyu steak, it is so FREAKING FREAKING good... the meat just literally melts in your mouth... we had it done medium rare and the outer part is crispy while the inner core is really tender and slightly bloody =p (we are carnivores manz) i am drooling now when i think of it... it's the best steak i had eaten ever!!!
we ordered 2 bowls of garlic rice to go with everything... garlic rice sounds yucky right but it's really damn nice and unique... i hate garlic but i loveee this rice... it's their specialty item too! yum yum, taste like fried rice but much better than that! =D

we slowly enjoyed our meal and had a dessert to complete the meal...
green tea ice cream with caramelized sweet potato & red bean paste... the sweet potato is crispy on the outside and soft inside... i love the dessert! very special dish!

oh ya i need to mention this, the service here is 10/10 one! super good! they were really polite and nice throughout... very helpful and attentive too...
there was this table which ordered alot of skewers (like 3 plates of 8) and obviously they didn't manage to start on all the skewers after like half an hour... then the wait staff just went up to them on her own initiative and offered to re-grill the plates of cold untouched skewers for them while they finish up some of the other skewers first... damn good service right!
i am impressed by their service really!

so 1 fine friday, i was in school doing project and i decided to visit the gym after that... went to the NIE one and gosh along the way, i saw a uber pretty court that was huge!
there's a floorball competition going on and during the break, suddenly water just squirted out from nowhere to water the court and i am stunned by the magnificence of the court... didn't know NIE got such a nice court =D it's really pretty on that day with the bright sunny weather!
the gym was cui but it's free, what to expect -_-z i would really rather pay $2.50 anytime to go to the tampines gym...
fast forward over the weekend forgot what i did exactly... i only remember i did lots of shopping together with him for his clothes, went ktv, watched kungfu dunk and went sentosa on sunday as usual...

went to suntec this morning... slacked at starbucks before heading to eat lunch at suntec's food court... the curry chicken chop hor fun there is still as nice! =p
after that is donut factory time! =D we shared 4 donuts - double choc, mint choc, cinnamon choc mousse & kaya white choc... yummy yummy =x
