another weekend had gone by! some updates...
28th June 2007 (Thursday)
after tuition at 6pm, went to vivo to meet pris... went to subway for dinner to satisfy our craving... shopped after that... we went to mango, pull & bear and forever 21...
tried on 1 top & 1 shorts at mango, 3 tops at pull & bear & 1 dress at f21... but my self control worked and i didn't buy anything at all! haha... pris bought a dress from pull & bear and it looks fantastic on her! pull & bear have some very nice designs right now manz... love them all!
this was taken outside ted baker... they have this huge ice cream display there but we can't get it into the picture as there's nobody to take a pic for us 2...
after all the shopping and all the shops are closed, we headed to starbucks for coffee~
oh ya we passed by gv vivo and saw this display! it's so damn cute!
29th June 2007 (Friday)
he took a day off today! hee... the original plan was to cook up something at his house for lunch and cycling after that...
but we watched a show on dvd instead and da bao-ed lunch from the kopitiam downstairs... haha... it's quite an old romance comedy titled "just married"... the show was so damn lame that i laughed out loud literally... ashton kutcher is cute in the show hehe!
after the show, was too late to go cycling also... hence, we went to town for some shopping... had dinner first at taka's ajisen cause i had this craving for it since last week! delicious!!!
and damn i was dressed until so lok kok la! cause i thot cycling mahz, so i anyhow threw on a t-shirt and shorts... horrors of horrors, we saw so many friends on that day!!! more than 10 people... i really want to dig a hole and hide...
got into a really foul mood because of this though it's a very very silly reason to get upset... and in the end, he got affected by my mood too... i admit i was being damn unreasonable... and even quite rude to 1 of his colleagues whom we saw... =x i totally spoilt the day for us...
got everything settled though after we headed home... but i still feel so damn bad and guilty so i decided to make it up to him the next day hehe!
30th June 2007 (Saturday)
this weekend he gotta be on shift work to cover up for someone else... headed to his workplace at novena after he knocked off at 8pm to give him a surprise... but -_-~ he said he sensed that i will go find him today... sucks, am i that predictable!
printed a collage for him with some photos from this year (idea came from pris, thanks alot!) and bought him the choc biscuits he like as a form of apology for what happened yesterday... sorry!

went town after that to meet cr, his sec sch fren, who just so happens to be my pri sch fren also... we realized that we got this common fren back when we were in j1... it's a small world hee
headed to centrepoint first for him to check out his oakleys... dinner after that at vila'ge...
food glorious food! the mashed potatoes were exceptionally yummy this time round! much softer as compared to the last few times i ate that there... thumbs up! i ordered medium done steak but it turned out to be 1/4 done according to cr... was abit bloody but ah we dun really mind... haha... carnivores!!!

dim sum brunch at yan palace restaurant with my family minus my dad and bro-in-law... the mini egg tarts were quite good! we ordered 5 plates of them, 18 in total and i ate 5 of them! haha gluttony!
shopping at town (again! consecutive 3 days already) with the ladies in the household i.e my mum, sis, sis-in-law & kylie haha
met him at city hall around 4pm for shopping cause my pay from my rtc job previously just got in!!! haha yay! we headed straight to marina square... there was a sale at zara and he bought 2 tops and 1 gray jeans from there... 1st time i see him buying so much from 1 shop alone! but i like the things he bought, very nice!

diva accessories was having sale also and i got a transparent glittery blue bangle at only $2.50! the colour is very pretty!
passed by novo and i saw this pair of jellies flip flops that looks quite cute! hehe... never really thought of getting it and i even walked out of the shop already! but i saw this sign at the entrance: 20% discount storewide last day!!! then wootz the rest is history! u all sure know what happened after that... haha...
couldn't decide between the white, red or cobalt blue! but chose white in the end for easy matching even though i have a lot of white shoes already!
we had dinner at suntec's food court... duck rice for him & bibimbap for me... i think i kinda liked bibimbap ALOT!
2nd July 2007 (Today)
went to his house after he knocked off in the morning...
the breakfast i made for him, ham & cheese sandwich with scrambled egg & cucumbers
he slept while i slacked around his house... using the comp, watching ugly betty online until i fell asleep too cause it was boring at times... woke up to watch somemore ugly betty half an hour later...
after he woke up, we went to cycle at ecp... we had planned to cook up a meal today, i even printed the recipes lolz... but argh due to time constraints, we have to forsake the idea! had a late late lunch at bedok interchange around 4 plus... had this craving for yong tau hoo so i ate that!
reached parkway and walked in to ecp... while walking in, i saw this wall... though there's a gap to walk through, i insisted on climbing over the wall instead... lolz... made him climb over also... the wall looks low but i underestimated it... lolz almost got stuck... fun! cheap thrill! =x damn lame...

we were wondering how come today is weekday and yet so many teenagers were around... dun they have school??? it seriously got me wondering... and later in the night, a fren was telling me it's youth day today and a school holiday... oh gosh! i felt so lost touch with the schooling world where we still have school holidays like youth day... haha...

random shopping after that... went to m.a.c at tangs as i wanted to buy foundation and sis recommended theirs to me! but argh damn, it costs $69 for a foundation! i was so tempted but decided to ask around first... my self control is improving manz! =x haa...
ate at food republic after all the shops had closed and there was nowhere else for us to shop... and i had yong tau hoo............again lolz...

it's monday afternoon... not working today so have some time to blog about the weekend...
woke up early on sat to head to the doctor cause my burn wound is hurting quite badly... before that, i went compass point for bk's breakfast... been quite some time since i ate that... yummy!
anyway, at the doctor's, i wasn't even in the consultation room for 2 minutes before he sent me off with some antiseptic cream... just tell me dun burst the blister, apply the cream and maybe there will be some scarring... sighz... damn sad when i heard that... almost wanna cry in front of the doctor... so pathetic...
was feeling damn down after that, i dun wan some damn scar on my leg... wanted to call dearie but i know he's at sentosa and wun hear his phone ringing... =( moreover, he didn't even contact me the whole morning to see how i was... felt like shit cause there's nobody i can call for reassurance... RAR~
he did message me around 3 plus and called me... but i didn't felt like picking up his calls... kinda evil but mood was damn shitty already...
still refused to pick up his call at 8 plus... i know i am being damn stubborn... i am not angry at him, is just dun feel like talking to him... he messaged me and said that he is going to my house to find me... then i am like -_-~ i am not even at home... so he travelled back to boon keng cause i was there... met him for a short while only though before cabbing back home with my family...
sucky saturday...
sunday brunch with my parents and sister at taka's crystal jade xiao long bao la mian... i had been feeling hungry since 10pm last night so my appetite was not too bad! we had 2 bowls of noodles in minced meat sauce, xiao long bao, fried mantou, ma po dou fu & some chicken in hotpot thingy... only took photos of the ma po dou fu and the chicken...
went shopping after that though my leg cannot really make it... just gotta limp around... went for the mango sale!!! hee, but nv buy anything... but my parents bought $20 plus worth of bread from crystal jade bakery while my sis and i were shopping at mango... my sis has got this $20 voucher from there so my parents put it to good use... the bag of bread and confectionery was so heavy...
went paragon to look for arnott's teddy bear biscuits cause i bought it there last time... but they said it's out of stock already... so sis got this for me instead... it's teddy bear biscuits also but with white choc dip! my mum say i still like little kid eat teddy bear biscuits... haha...
my sis suggested to take photo stickers again at heeren... this time there's my dad too... it's so amusing i tell u trying to take photo stickers with my parents...
i drew the crown on my daddy's picture... hehe... my mum loves the way it looked so much and she couldn't stop laughing at it...
more shopping after that and i bought this dress that costs only $17!
headed to novena's square 2 around 4pm... bought a ring that i like alot! saw this lady wearing something lidat last week and i couldn't stop thinking about it... then my sis bought it for herself on saturday without knowing i had been looking for this ring... when she showed me, i was super excited and asked her to bring me to the shop to get 1 also! hee...
met him at novena together with my sis and mum... saw taliya working at 1 of the shops there!
sis treated all of us to waffles and banana crepe... shared the crepe with him... it's so crispy! but it lacks ice cream or it will be perfect, haha~
then he asked me to go to his relative's wedding dinner at night with his family... but i am dressed in shorts and with no makeup on... -_-~ my mum and sis keep asking me to change into the new dress i bought earlier on & go with him...
they even walked around with me happily to look for a white tube top to go with the dress and made him pay for it... haha, dunno why they so enthu and keep pushing me to go... sis even lend me the necklace she is wearing and swopped shoes with me cause her shoes are more suitable for the dress...

met up with his parents at dhoby ghaut and walked to the legends fort canning where the wedding dinner was being held at... 1st time attending a wedding dinner with him... hehe... talked about a lot of things throughout the dinner...

today morning was spent at chinatown with my parents, grandparents and auntie... we had dim sum for brunch... walked around chinatown after that and bought finger food to munch on whenever we saw something that looks yummy... bought a garnier blemish pen and facial cleanser from people's park complex while mum bought shampoo and hair treatment stuff... we are all vainpots!
my grandparents and auntie left after that... my parents, kylie and i headed to vivocity... mum bought this cleo-recommended sally hansen nail polish colour for me... there's a 30% discount... i hope the colour will turn out nice on my nails... lolz...
we went candy empire after that to look for the arnott's teddy bear biscuits again cause i remember candy empire has it as well... and i found it! =) it's quite yummy!
i hope the teddy bear biscuits with white choc dip bought yesterday at paragon will taste as nice as this!
went to giant for grocery shopping and bought a toy for kylie from toys'r'us before heading home... haha the feeling of knowing there's no tuition waiting for me for the rest of the day is so shiok! =)

T_T sai!!! freaking ugly, not to mention painful... argh!
anyway tuition today made me rather sad... the student kinda hated maths and i can see she's on the point of giving up on the subject... but maths is kinda important at her stage now as it determines what stream she will study in sec 3... sighz...
i have been very patient today already and taught her the same thing countless times but she still dun get what the maths questions want from her...
anyway, i met him for dinner at bedok block 85 after my tuition... dinner was good i guess... we got LOTSA coins with us so we calculated the exact amount of coins for everything we ordered... haha... i think those hawkers wanna kill us already for giving them all coins instead of notes...
took the long way home by bus as i was in the mood for a bus ride... bus rides or train rides are good for thinking through things... sometimes, i think there's too much things in my mind for me to dwell on... and i dwell on them too much...
on a random note, i saw alot of ZA products i wanna get from watson's cause there's special discounts but my pay is like not in yet... damn it! i think by the time my pay got in, there will be no more discounts already... argh!

i had blogged like 3 times today... just 4 hours ago, i had blogged and now here i am again...
but well alot of things can happen in 4 hours...
i scalded myself with a bowl of boiling fishball noodles during dinner... whole left leg kanna, from the left thigh all the way till the ankle... the upper leg is better now cause applied a lot of cream just now but the blister at the ankle hurt like hell...
super hot soup and noodles =( cried like dog after tio scalded... so angry at myself... sighz... today is a bad day
called him in the midst of tears and he couldn't even hear what i was saying properly... he kanna OT today, 730 le still in the office... so, i didn't talk much to him also... he just knew i tio scalded...
but he came by my house after work with alot alot of food for me to give me a surprise... but sorry to you as i didn't had much of an appetite... thanks for your sweet effort though...
i hope there wun be any scars =( actually, i am considered quite lucky already... my ankle was rather bad but the upper leg is less serious as i was wearing a knee length sleepwear so it didn't scald the upper leg too badly... can't imagine if i am wearing shorts... i think it will be an ugly ugly sight yucks
okiez i had a "great" start to the week, seriously hope the rest of the week will be better... nitey all...
