booked the tix 2 weeks ago...

i am so excited! can't wait to go eat and shop till i drop! now in the process of saving up money for my shopping spree over there!!!

.::BoXiNg DaY & uPdAtEs AbOuT cHrIsTmAs::.

it had been a busy weekend for me...

start with sat first... went meet chingz darling at bugis to pass her christmas present... she got me something too! thankiez! =) i love the precious moments calendar!!! and the other 2 things are so cute as well!

saw mindy coincidentally cause she's working there... unfortunately, i can't talk for long with them cause i need to be at work at 5pm... sat was slack slack slack cause there were some screw ups along the way... most of us were all slacking till 7.30pm sitting there with nothing to do while waiting for the management to give further instructions... afterwhich it became a hectic night due to a lot of conflicts and dis-satisfaction of the customers!

went home after that...

well sunday is christmas eve but i chose to work... thankfully, time passed super fast today as the girls i working with at my booth today is damn fun to talk to! =)

dearie came find me around 7 plus during my dinner break to have dinner with me... i saw yanzhu walking past earlier on and ask him wait for dearie to come and join us for dinner... we went yoshinoya eat! and yanzhu bought chocolate bars for us as a christmas prezzie! thanks!

before i knew it, it's 9pm and time to knock off! lilian came by with her mum to pass me the christmas present she and wt bought for me and dearie... we 2 passed her something we got for her too... then she left with her mum to go eat...

me and him then went to catch a movie at gv vivo... watched the holiday in order to get into the festive mood... a festive movie on a festive eve! haha...

before the movie, gave him his prezzie... i got it like 2 or 3 weeks ago... haha... as i know i will be busy working and wun have time to go christmas shopping... hope u like it!

the movie ended around 11.58pm... in the end, 12am just came by while all of the movie-watchers were walking out of the cinema by a deserted and disgusting lobby... lolz... what a christmas "countdown"! nevertheless, it's the company that matters! we wished each other merry christmas in the lobby hehe!

after that, we took nel to clarke quay... went to meet up with his friends who were clubbing at mos... my first time there! overall not a bad experience la just that my legs are aching after standing the whole day... heez... nana was there too!!! which makes it all better cause at least i got someone to talk to and dun feel so out of place among all his friends who are all guys...

between 5am and 6am everyone was so high... haha but i can slowly feel my battery running out le... the whole thing ended around 6am... went for mac breakfast at liang court... took a cab home around 7am... managed to sleep for an hour before waking up to prepare for work...

miraculously, i dun feel super tired at work... thought i will be dead tired but i am ok~ time passed quite fast also...

but at one point felt a bit sianz cause working on a public holiday but the pay is good motivation so i sorta pushed that thought away and switched off... haha... joked around with the girls and before i knew it, can knock off again~ yay!

he came find me again after i knock off as a surprise although he was with his friends earlier on...

went eat cause he haven eat his dinner... never tell me earlier u coming if not i can dun eat just now during break and eat with u... ben dan!!! but =) i still ate something... haha even though i am damn full...

went home after that... thanks for coming down to pei wo on christmas day even though it's just for a short while... at least we still so called spend christmas together... =p just wanna tell u i appreciate your efforts!

i have invented a new name for dearie... it's dearest baby! haha... diaoz, i am just kidding... dearest baby is too over for me... so mushy... =p I AM JUST KIDDING, i'm serious... *LaMe*

today is boxing day... was spared from working... hehe... slept till quite late cause of the lack of sleep the night before... rested at home for the rest of the day... had dinner with my family... =) so long never eat with them le...

recharge le! and it's time to work again tml!!! left 3 days of work only till friday last day cause i decided not to work this weekend cause got family dinner on sat and countdown on new year's eve!!! yay~

school's reopening... results will be out on thurs according to the website... good luck to everyone out there!!! =)

mum rented a hk show again... watched a bit just now... quite nice and funny... wondering how i will have time to watch since i am working... =( bought 2 magazines but no time to read them also! haha guess can only read on the train while travelling to work... i need more time please! =)

my laptop still not fixed yet... no time go down ntu comp shop la! think it will only be fixed next year... haha...

anyway, been busy working as usual... took some photos today... cause today the booth i am at too boring!



today dearie came find me after i knock off work... we went to buy my christmas prezzie at the build-a-bear shop... i have been aiming it damn long le cause while working at vivo, i saw so many people carrying it and the bears are so cute!!!

first, gonna choose a bear first... got so many! furry ones, non furry ones, white, brown, doggy-like, giraffe-like etc...

secondly. gonna stuff it with cotton? dunno what is it la! then the girl ask us choose 1 small silk heart each and make a wish hee! then must rub tummy so the bear wun hungry, rub head so bear will smart... so lame!!! and lastly, must give the heart a kiss before placing the hearts inside the bear... then they stitched it up! =)

next, gonna choose clothes... we chose a denim dress at first... then we saw this cheerleader outfit that's so damn cute cause it includes ribbons, poms poms and a loud speaker... so cute!!! hence, we decided on the cheerleader outfit in the end... hee...

then, is to dress the bear up with the outfit we chose! it looked so cute on the dressing table! i love the ribbons on the ears the most cause can take out and tie on again, so cute!



lastly, naming of the bear and there is printing of the birth certificate of the bear...



we named ours rayne... hee... cause i had always wanted my future daughter to be named that... =x sounds weird maybe but i like the name! was deciding between rayne (pronounced rain) and chloe (pronounced chlo-eey) and chose rayne in the end...

i love rayne! she's so cute!

went food republic eat at 10 plus cause dearie haven had his dinner...

after that, we went outside for a short walk... the sentosa sea view very pretty! then i forced him to take a photo together with rayne... hee...

sorry for the lack in updates... think for the next 2 weeks i will be even busier and no time to blog! so pardon me!

fri were scheduled to work but they forget tell me abt it... in the end mr called and i still at home... lolz... gave me a choice to either go down work or dun go down... since i got nothing do, i said i'll be down... hee... rush rush rush! i forgot what happened after that...

sat worked till midnight... damn fun and busy!!! everyone so high and being lame...

saw a lot of unreasonable, crude and cunning customers during the late night shopping voucher redemption... lolz... so many people queue! long long long!!! and the redemption starts at 8pm they queue at 5 plus 6...

anyway the redemption that time period was damn happening, disputes, fights, quarrels... the f word being thrown around like free by customers... my god...

there's this english speaking uncle who's already 50 plus who sprouted so much vulgarities until i began to wonder does he have grandchildren and what example is he setting...

there's this woman also, she's not even queueing and just walking past... no one in the queue is complaining but she walked over to us and scold us say we have the silliest rules and ideas for the redemption... lolz... i want to laugh lo when she scold us, she like got nothing do then want come chap one leg in and join in the "fun"... zhen shi de, damn lame woman...

taking all the complaints easy cause it's all unreasonable and before that the supervisors told us dun lose ur cool, just keep quiet, dun say anything much and just do what u supposed to do... which came in quite handy... we didn't get angry at them... on the contrary, it's funny... didn't expect some customers' level of unreasonable-ness to be so high which just makes everything funny... cool saturday! next 2 weeks still got but not sure if i will be working anotz!

after the redemption period was over, m, me and ct gathered to gossip... lolz... cause we got different things to do so is like so much stories to share on what happened on our side... lolz... funny stories!

dearie came down to look for me when i knocked off work... hee... it was nice to see him after a long day at work... went watch eragon after that at gv vivo with the people... =) nice movie i like!

today tried to reformat my laptop... bad decision... lolz... now my lappie is like useless, a lot of drivers are missing and i can't play songs, play games nor surf the net... sianz!!! using my bro's laptop now... so i guess i will not blog as often already! cause no time + no comp!

went vivocity with mum and baby kylie...

went food republic eat first cause we were damn hungry... we had popiah, tutu cake, fishball noodles and homemade soya bean milk... everything was nice! i love the popiah! so fat and yummy lolz... but too hungry to take pictures of the food... =p

went toys'r'us to shop for kylie's christmas prezzie but found nothing much suitable... though it's damn big... then went other shops also to shop for presents for others also never find anything... =( sad... whole noon gone just lidat...

daddy came vivo to find us after that and we walked around somemore... went giant to look at bicycles but i still can't decide which to buy cause all 3 of us know nuts about them! will ask dearie to help me decide on which bicycle is good at ps carrefour on sunday cause i am sure he knows more than me... i didn't buy today because i scared i make the wrong choice and regret... =x

brother came after that too to fetch kylie home... the parents went off for dinner and meeting while i went to boon keng alone to develop my photos... the whole process took me less than 10 secs cause the guy just threw my media card in, scribbled smth and ask me come back tml to collect...

got a call from nana and she's at boon keng too... so we met up at the bus stop awhile and talked to each other... she accompanied me for about an hour i think before i took a bus to tampines... wanted to meet chingz darling but she got ot so in the end never meet up...

i went shopping at tamp mall since i'm there already anyway... saw nothing suitable for christmas prezzies but i bought something for myself... =p capri pants from double index hee... love it cause it has a very nice cutting... =)

my mood changed for the better after that... =p had dinner and walked around somemore to look for new shampoo... bought it and headed home around 9pm... still very happy over the capri pants! hehe... but dead tired cause woke too early this morning... automatic one... i think it's due to me waking up at that time last week everyday while working so this week the internal clock got used to the routine...

alrighty! supposed to pack for uni class chalet tml but i am really damn damn damn lazy to pack now... if only the packing can be done just by the point of a finger... kinda like sabrina the witch... haha!

went out with my siblings, kylie and mama... we went orchard to shop... there's a 20% discount at esprit for their members so we went there first... bought quite a lot of things there... the discount made it all rather worth the money!

afterwhich we went to crystal jade at taka for high tea... had my all time favourite sandwich there... ham and egg! served piping hot... ah heavenly!



then went meet dearie... walked around town and had dinner before he booked in... i spoilt his day i think with my bad mood...

11th Dec 2006 (Monday)

worked! time passed quite fast thankfully... =)

was asked to work this sat as they need people quite desperately... though i normally dun work on weekends for this job but got extra pay =) so i agreed... motivation is money $$$... hee money-faced...

christmas eve and christmas day was asked to work also... there's motivation in the financial sense as well so i said yes... can go countdown after work on christmas eve! hehe and get tired out the next day due to lack of sleep... 1 or 2 years ago, i remb some of my friends and i worked christmas also at marina mandarin... it was fun then... =)

am i greedy for money honestly? i felt quite bad after that cause i like made someone unhappy over this... if u're reading this, sorry okiez?

hey i am really touched by what u do for me and by the fact that u always think for me first... some things if u had not told me, i would had never knew it was because of me that u acted that way... and it made me realized how stupid and selfish i am... i think i take your good temper for granted and always bully u cause i assumed u wun fight back... i try not to bully u so often la next time! sorry!

oh did i mentioned i think dearie changed since he came back from obs... i can't pinpoint what it is exactly, just the overall feeling... like become nicer to me haha... and quieter! though i dunno him being quieter is due to obs changing his mindset or due to the fact that he got blocked ears from obs and can't hear clearly what people saying so can't talk much... haha!

12th Dec 2006 (Today)

never work today cause gonna register for modules next sem and that is what caused me my headache as mentioned in my nick... damn damn damn troublesome and a lot of problems with the registering system... so stupid!

my personalized time for registration is 12.30 pm and it's only 11.30 am now as i am typing this sentence... =( if not for this stupid thing, i can go out long ago! cause i have decided to go christmas shopping today! with my parents and kylie... but now they have to wait for me until i finish registering... sad!

somemore i got 3 main places to go today! with lots of things to do!

1. boon keng to develop photos
2. vivocity toy'r'us to buy toys for kylie as christmas prezzie, vivomart to see my bicycle, pull and bear to shop for clothes cause i saw a few pieces i like the other day, christmas shopping for sis's present at la senza i guess, christmas shopping for my friends
3. plaza singapura to see another bicycle i saw at carrefour the other day (couldn't decide between this bicycle and the vivomart one so have to ask my dad help me to compare which explains why i have to go vivo and ps on the same day with them)

and i got like 4 hours at most to finish doing number 2 & 3 cause the parents need to be back home by late evening to go for a meeting at tamp, how u tell me how! damn the registration! why my timing is so late!!! if not i can go out in the morning!

sighz! hope i get everything done by today! will blog more about today when i come back tonight! =)

been so busy and tired from work this whole week that i dun even have the time and energy to come online... hee... finally the weekend is here and it's time to rest again!

during this whole week, only mon and fri was super good cause working at a busy booth and with someone i can talk a lot to... haha thurs was ok also but not as good as mon and fri... tues was the worse worse worse! the girl i working with keep pissing me off and it was so boring... wed is second in place... haha cause it was damn boring as well cause tio the ulu ulu booth, not much people one...

anyway why am i blogging about that... lolz i just re-read it and realized it doesn't really makes sense but nvm~

nana came down to find me and mavis for dinner on thursday! good to see her again!

dearie came down after he book out to find me and waited for me to knock off work... haha but it was rather funny cause it was meant to be a surprise but yet, i guessed it like days ago when he asked me the qn: "oh this week u work till what time ah..." lolz...

and the thing is he knows i knock off at 9pm but he still haven call me at 9pm... so i can't really confirm whether he is here at vivo but something is just telling me he's at vivo so i told the guy in charge i wanna work ot till 10pm so i can give dearie somemore time to come look for me... i'm just taking a bet... lolz... and yea, my gut feeling was right... haha... damn lame...

we went starbucks after that and talk talk... told him quite some stories... lolz...

i wanna go shopping tomorrow at vivo lehz though i already been to the place for consecutive 5 days so far... haa... but because i wanna do my christmas shopping and vivo has all the shops i want! heez... and there's late night shopping over there also tml! yay to shopping!

i saw taliya at dhoby ghaut station! we talked awhile and then went off...

met dearie around 4 plus 5 at cityhall... was rather late in meeting him cause i took my own sweet time preparing... =p

went to suntec first to look for yp mama cause she's working there... then we went to marina square to shop shop as i wanted to go m)phosis to look for a top that i saw the other day... found it and bought it in the end... i like it alot! =)

then went for dinner at marina square's waraku restaurant... sad to say, it wasn't a fantastic dinner cause i ordered the wrong thing and it's not the kind of food i like... wanted tempura ramen but they only have tempura soba and udon... ordered another kind of ramen and it's not soup based... dunno what is it la, like hokkien mee style sia... which i absolutely hated... =x

the "soup" that comes with the ramen is so viscous i think i can use it as glue... damn disgusting in my opinion... actually it tastes ok and not too bad but i just dun like the viscosity of the "soup"... i gave up eating after a few bites and dearie gave me some of his rice which was very nice...

found a place to sit and talked a bit before he let me see the surprise... was really quite surprised when i opened it cause nv expected something lidat...

he picked 1 seashell everyday while he was at obs pulau ubin the week before... hehe he's gone for 12 days so i have 12 seashells! put them in a box which he spray painted himself... added coloured sand inside and decorated the box lid with pebbles forming my initials... the end result is so pretty! i love the seashells! and the colour of the box... silvery + light blue... 2 of my favourite colours... =) the most meaningful present to me...

to complement this gift, he gave me a box of seashell chocolates from candy empire which are yummy!

then he asked me to close my eyes and i didn't know there's more surprises coming... heard some clinking sound which made me guess it was a necklace... but turned out there's a pair of earrings as well...

didn't expect so many prezzies from him and i felt a bit too pampered and bu hao yi si! thank u dearie! the seashells are my favourite gift cause i know u put a lot effort into it...

we sat there and talked a bit more before heading to the merlion side... it was so breezy... hehe... after that, he came my house and left around 4am... thanks for spending the day with me and the things u planned! =)

2nd Dec 06 (Saturday)

today was the day for my jc class outing! we went to heeren vilage for dinner and surprisingly, most of the people are able to make it! =) talked alot during the dinner... i think all of us haven changed much... =p dinner was rather delicious in my opinion...

met up with chingz darling around late evening cause i was busy packing my room during the afternoon... hehe looking more and more pretty... =p

we went to taka mos burger eat a bit while updating each other with stories hehe... then went taka basement look for more food! i had the popiah while she bought muah chee... went up to the fountain and eat while appreciating the christmas lightings... it's the holiday season again...

then we walked to cine before heading to the junction between cine and heeren to take photos with the pretty pretty christmas trees... my favourite is this tree cause of its colour!

afterwhich, we went around looking for starbucks with sofa seats available... settled for the starbucks at the cathay... had our favourite green tea frap! hehe... and talked somemore basically... of course couldn't resist cam-whoring (courtesy to chingz darling's phone camera)

4th Dec 06 (Monday)

started to work again this week! mon to fri... today was a good day... worked with mavis and time passed damn fast today! got quite a lot of people also... busy is good! mister treated both of us to starbucks hehe so nice of him!

supposed to leave at 8pm cause i got to attend my cousin's wedding dinner at orchard hotel... but waited for yl to come by at 8 plus to get pay from him... hehe... changed and took a cab to the hotel cause i am tired and running late!

didn't really wanna go for the wedding dinner cause i think it will be boring... but my mum say not very nice if dun go so i am forced to go... it really turned out boring... =x i took a few photos with my sis but can't load it here now as my laptop a bit spoilt (which is another story for later) so another time!

anyway, my stomach got rather uncomfortable on the way back that i just puke all the food out when i got back home... stomachache!

5th Dec 06 (Tuesday, Today)

today's work was bad... SUPER bad... hopefully i wun work with that particular girl again... shan't say much cause i am lazy... just glad it's over...

yoke peng mama say wanna come find me to pass me something and go home together cause she knock off work at suntec at 8 plus

she reached around 8.55pm and fortunately, i got 5 more mins before i knock off work! yay! cause i can't stand the girl... i might just vomit blood if have to endure longer...

got a surprise from yp mama cause she came down specially just to pass me my birthday prezzie... at first i still thot what she wanna pass to me... thanks mama! =) it's a billabong water bottle wrapped in a super cute teddy bear wrapping paper...

went home together and i talk so much to her throughout the train ride, blabbering my mouth off... haha...

okiez! i finally finished blogging! been busy and my laptop's been giving me problems... =( it can't boot normally but only can be booted up in the safe mode... so i can't load photos cause no software to do so in the safe mode... sad! pictures again when i get it fixed! sighz... less than 4 months and it's spoilt! sad!

oh yeah, i wanna buy a bicycle!!! i saw a pretty one at ps carrefour... but haven got time to go buy it yet!

also, i passed by this shop at vivo today... it's a create ur own teddy bear shop! it looks quite cute and interesting! can decide the type of clothes for ur teddy bear and how ur teddy bear will look like... people who like personalized teddy bears can go take a look! at level 2! it looks reallllly cute! =)
